About the Role:
We’re hiring an E-Commerce Account Executive to manage our brand presence and operations on AJIO, Myntra, Nykaa, and Amazon.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, order processing, campaign handling, and account growth for online marketplaces — especially in home décor, fashion, or lifestyle categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings, images, titles, and descriptions across all platforms.
- Handle daily orders, dispatches, returns, and customer escalations efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking.
- Work on SEO keyword optimization, promotions, and pricing updates to boost visibility and conversions.
- Monitor account health, ratings, and performance metrics for each platform.
- Execute discounts, festive campaigns, and brand store updates (Diwali, EOSS, etc.).
- Liaise with category managers and marketplace support teams for issue resolution and growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales and performance reports for management review.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience handling e-commerce accounts (AJIO / Myntra / Nykaa / Amazon).
- Strong knowledge of seller panels, cataloging, and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in home furnishing, lifestyle, or fashion brand management preferred.
