E-commerce Account Manager

Digital Versa is a forward-thinking digital and e-commerce management agency that helps brands scale their online businesses globally. We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Amazon & eBay Account Manager to join our remote team.

In this role, you will take ownership of multiple client accounts, driving their day-to-day management, growth strategy, and overall account health. If you are a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in marketplace algorithms, PPC, and inventory management, we want to hear from you!

Please Note: While this is a 100% remote position, candidates must be currently residing in Karachi, Pakistan to be considered.

What You Will Do:

• Account Management: Oversee and manage multiple client stores on both Amazon (Seller Central) and eBay (Seller Hub) simultaneously.
• Listing Optimization (SEO): Create and optimize product listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ Content/EBC.
• PPC & Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads and eBay Promoted Listings to maximize ROI and lower ACoS.
• Account Health: Proactively monitor and maintain excellent account metrics. Resolve any performance issues, policy violations, or stranded inventory.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.
• Customer Experience: Manage buyer messages, feedback, and reviews to maintain top-rated seller status across both platforms.
• Reporting: Analyze sales data and competitor activity, providing regular performance reports and actionable growth strategies to clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay accounts (agency experience managing multiple brands is a huge plus).
• Location: Must be based in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Workspace: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the Amazon A9 and eBay Cassini search algorithms, as well as marketplace Terms of Service.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Terapeak.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with our global team and international clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
