Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage and scale our seller accounts on international marketplaces such as Amazon.com, eBay, and Etsy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in account management, product listings, advertising, and marketplace growth strategies for global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for international accounts on Amazon.com, eBay, and Etsy.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, images, descriptions, and keywords.
• Develop and execute strategies for pricing, promotions, and campaigns to increase sales and profitability.
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and resolve customer-related queries efficiently.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Run and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, etc.).
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate regular sales reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, logistics, customer support) to achieve account targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing international accounts on Amazon.com, eBay, or Etsy.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and keyword optimization for product listings.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Etsy Shop Manager.
• Experience with advertising platforms (Amazon PPC, eBay Ads, Etsy Ads).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in scaling international accounts with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• Familiarity with global shipping, logistics, and compliance regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
