E-Commerce Accountant & Reconciliation Specialist (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Female E-Commerce Accountant & Reconciliation Specialist to manage parcel reconciliation, inventory tracking, financial reporting, and audit support for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate check-and-balance of every parcel, maintain inventory movement records, and prepare final financial reports including Profit & Loss statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile all e-commerce parcels and courier COD/online payments on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory in/out movements across warehouses and sales channels.
• Verify order, shipment, return, and refund transactions to ensure complete financial accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
• Generate financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
• Support internal and external audits by organizing financial records and documentation.
• Monitor discrepancies in parcels, inventory, or payments and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and courier teams for accurate data matching.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting for business decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or reconciliation, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and parcel/COD reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Daraz, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with audit procedures and financial compliance.
