WHO WE ARE

Inspiratek is not a typical agency providing services. We're a company built by passion, pursuing the objective to reach a $50M valuation by 2027. We are looking for A-players who want to build something great.

There is no room in our organization for mediocrity, and candidates who are not at the top of their game do not last. We move fast, think deeply, and expect every team member to bring insight and rigor to everything they touch.

We hold a high bar for performance, creativity, and ownership but we also support each other relentlessly. No egos, no red tape - just world-class talent building something remarkable.

Our principles:

  • Autonomy with accountability
  • Truth over comfort
  • Outcomes over optics

If you want to build and win alongside some of the smartest people in the business, you'll thrive here.

We're building systematic, data-driven oversight across our Amazon catalog. We operate in a fast-paced environment where accountability matters, decisions move quickly, and ownership is expected - not optional.

If you're a freelancer or VA who needs constant direction before acting, this isn't for you. If you live and breathe Amazon, see problems before they become crises, and take ownership like it's your own business - keep reading.

THE ROLE

You are the operational right-hand to the Brand Manager. You bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decisions. You own daily monitoring, consolidate weekly performance across departments, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is not a data entry role. This is not a "wait for instructions" role. You're expected to see, flag, and often solve problems before being asked.

You own:

  • Daily health monitoring across 15+ active products
  • Weekly performance consolidation and reporting
  • Monthly trend analysis support
  • Cross-functional coordination when issues span departments

You report to: Lead Brand Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DODaily Operations:

Monitor business topline across the catalog - Business P&L, CRO, Audit & Analysis , Daily Listing Metrics checked ( BSR, pricing, shipping times, organic rankings, inventory levels, competition monitoring). You're the early warning system. You catch problems before they become crises and flag them immediately with context.

Weekly Consolidation:

Collect inputs from all departments (PPC, Creative, Inventory Operations, Product Development). Chase late submissions. Consolidate everything into structured weekly oversight reports (2-3 pages per product). Present consolidated analysis to Lead Brand Manager for strategic review.

Monthly Analysis:

Support deep-dive reviews for top revenue products. Pull trend data, compile competitive intelligence, organize analysis frameworks. Handle data compilation so Lead Brand Manager can focus on strategic synthesis.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

When issues span departments, you identify them, flag them, and coordinate resolution. You're the connector between data and action.

Your output:

  • Daily: Flags and alerts when metrics move significantly
  • Weekly: Consolidated performance reports showing what happened, why, and what's next
  • Monthly: Trend analysis and competitive landscape data

You produce clarity from complexity. You turn raw data into actionable intelligence.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Week 1 (Onboarding): You're learning products, tools, systems. Asking smart questions. Taking notes.

Week 2-3: You're independently running daily monitoring. Catching issues without being told what to look for.

Week 3-4: You're consolidating weekly reports with minimal guidance. Department leads know you chase submissions. The Lead Brand Manager trusts your flags.

Month 1+: You're the operational backbone. Lead Brand Manager focuses on strategy because you've taken the operational layer off their plate. You're proactively improving processes. You're making the system better.

WHO YOU ARECore Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable):

ADVANCED DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS: This is the foundation of everything. Without this, nothing else matters. You need extraordinary skill in spreadsheets - this is what makes you thrive in this role.

  • Excel/Google Sheets mastery - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, macros/scripts
  • Data aggregation across multiple sources - You combine data from 5+ tools and make sense of it quickly
  • Pattern recognition in large datasets - You spot anomalies, trends, and outliers without being told where to look
  • Building dashboards and reports from scratch - You don't just fill templates, you create the frameworks
  • Statistical analysis fundamentals - You understand averages, variance, correlations, and what they mean for business decisions

Without extraordinary spreadsheet skills, this role is like a gun without ammunition. If you're not confident here, don't apply.

Required Amazon Experience:

  • 3-4 years direct Amazon experience (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or agency side)
  • Proven ability to monitor and interpret Amazon KPIs (Business P&L Monitoring, Achieving revenue and Profitability Targets, Listing health check ( BSR, organic rank, conversion metrics, PPC performance)
  • Experience working with Amazon analytics tools (Brand Analytics, Business Reports, advertising platforms)
  • Understanding of Amazon-specific metrics - You know what BSR movement means, what impacts organic rank, how PPC affects visibility, how CTR and CVR Funnel works.

Critical Attributes:

Ownership Mentality: You don't wait to be told. You see problems and flag them. You see inefficiencies and fix them. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

Pattern Recognition: You spot anomalies fast. BSR drops? You check what changed. Conversion tanks? You look for root causes. Rank falls? You investigate immediately.

Proactive Communication: You flag issues early with context. Not "BSR dropped" - but "BSR dropped 2,000 positions overnight, likely due to competitor price cut, pricing team notified."

Organizational Discipline: You track multiple products, departments, timelines simultaneously without dropping balls. Deadlines are sacred. Follow-through is automatic.

Independence: You don't need spoon-feeding. You read documentation. You figure things out. You ask smart questions when truly stuck, not as a first resort.

Speed + Accuracy: You move fast but your data is right. You consolidate quickly but don't miss details. You balance urgency with quality.

Insight and Rigor: You bring both to everything you touch. You don't just report numbers - you understand what they mean and what to do about them.

WHO YOU'RE NOT

  • You're not a freelancer asking "what should I do today?" every morning
  • You're not a VA who does only what's explicitly assigned
  • You're not someone who needs constant supervision to stay productive
  • You're not overwhelmed by fast-paced environments where priorities shift
  • You're not someone who says "that's not my job" when something needs doing
  • You're not someone with basic spreadsheet skills thinking you can "learn as you go"
  • You're not mediocre - we have no room for that here

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

  • Amazon Platforms: Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Advertising Console
  • Analytics Tools: DataRova, JungleAce, ScaleInsight, ASINsight (training provided on tools, but you must bring analytical capability)
  • Project Management: ClickUp (task tracking, project coordination)
  • Communication: Slack (primary), Weekly Zoom calls, Throughout the Week Team calls
  • Data: Excel/Google Sheets (HEAVY usage - this is where you live)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Remote: Work from anywhere with reliable internet
  • Hours: Standard business hours with some flexibility, but availability during core hours is mandatory
  • Pace: Fast. Things move quickly. Decisions happen daily. Accountability is high.
  • Culture: Direct communication. High autonomy with high accountability. No micromanagement if you deliver. Truth over comfort. Outcomes over optics.
  • Reporting: Daily check-ins via Slack. Weekly alignment with Brand Manager. You're trusted to manage your time.
  • Support: We support each other relentlessly - but we also expect excellence from everyone.
