E-Commerce and Customer Experience Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Medikabazaar, and other platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for listing management, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

• Create, maintain, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Medikabazaar etc.
• Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and keywords are updated and accurate
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate to avoid stock-outs

2. Performance & Metrics Monitoring

• Track marketplace metrics such as:
• Order Defect Rate
• Cancellation Rate
• Late Shipment Rate
• Customer Ratings & Reviews
• Ensure performance metrics remain within platform thresholds
• Take corrective action when metrics drop

3. Issue Resolution & Coordination

• Raise support tickets with marketplace platforms
• Follow up regularly until resolution
• Coordinate internally for logistics, billing, dispatch, and customer complaints

4. Communication & Documentation

• Draft professional emails and communication to platform support teams
• Handle customer queries (if required)
• Maintain proper documentation of cases and resolutions

5. Commercial Understanding

• Understand pricing, commission, marketplace fees, and margin structure
• Assist in analyzing platform profitability
• Support in promotional campaigns and pricing strategies

Required Skills

• Good written and spoken English
• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sorting, filtering, reports)
• Good understanding of ecommerce operations
• Basic knowledge of trade, margins, and marketplace structure
• Ability to follow up persistently and close issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
