E-Commerce and Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing digital platforms, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. This role requires a creative mindset, strong technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to enhance our brand’s online presence and grow sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Website Management (Shopify): Make necessary updates and improvements to our e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • SEO Optimization: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase traffic, improve product visibility, and boost search engine rankings.
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management: Oversee and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace by creating engaging content, running campaigns, and driving customer engagement.
  • Graphic Design: Create compelling visual content for product listings, ads, email campaigns, and social media using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce optimized product descriptions, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Provide excellent customer support through digital channels to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an e-commerce salesperson, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon.
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital tools.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
