We are a Global DTC product company currently seeking a dedicated, result-driven E-commerce and Performance Manager for our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the growth of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and multiple retail partners. They will also be responsible for performance campaigns and e-commerce merchandising. This is a full-time position in Ontario, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and success of our Shopify store through optimization of product listings, promotional activities, and data analysis.
  • Oversee merchandising across various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Walmart, Target, and other retail partners. Note this role will not manage Amazon.
  • Collaborate with operations to maintain accurate inventory levels across e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
  • Enhance website performance and conversion rates through continuous analysis, A/B testing, and user experience enhancements.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and boost website traffic.
  • Ensure product catalogs are populating on social media and manage social stores on Meta and TikTok.
  • Assist with the setup and smooth functioning of EDI for all e-commerce partners.
  • Develop email audience and send strategies campaigns to increase website conversions and customer retention.
  • Implement affiliate links and grow affiliate opportunities driving traffic to our Shopify channel.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Regularly monitor and report on e-commerce performance indicators, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new developments in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or similar role.
  • Knowledge of best DTC growth and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
