Position Overview

RPK Critter Care & Animal Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce & Product Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading, managing, and optimizing product data, ensuring accuracy, and improving product visibility to drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Write clear and engaging product titles, descriptions, specifications, and keywords.
• Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion (SEO for marketplaces).
• Manage product images, pricing, inventory updates, and variations.
• Ensure product listings meet platform guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve listing strategies.
• Maintain accurate product catalogs and data records.
• Assist in managing online store operations including order monitoring and product updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce management or product listing roles.
• Experience with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, Daraz, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Understanding of product listing optimization, keywords, and SEO basics.
• Familiarity with product catalog management and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of image editing tools or product listing tools is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products and deadlines efficiently.
