E-Commerce and Product Selection Specialist

Position Overview:

The E-Commerce and Product Selection Specialist is responsible for managing online store operations and identifying high-quality, profitable products to offer. This role combines business strategy, product research, and online operations management to maximize sales, brand growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and select trending, high-demand, and profitable products to list online.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze market data, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors for sourcing and inventory management.
• Oversee daily operations of online sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor product performance, sales analytics, and website traffic.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment, product accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve product visibility and conversions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills for product selection and trend analysis.
• Proficiency in online marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and product listing optimization is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.43 - $31.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
