Job Title: E-commerce Assistant | Online Store Coordinator | E-commerce Operations Assistant (Shopify / Order Processing / Customer Support)

Job Summary

Golden Girl Cosmetics & Skincare LLC is looking for a motivated E-commerce Assistant to support our growing online store operations in Muscat. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with online platforms, handling customer orders, and supporting digital sales activities in a fast-paced beauty and cosmetics environment.

You will play a key role in managing online orders, updating product listings, and ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in e-commerce and beauty retail, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process online orders accurately and efficiently
• Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media
• Track shipments and coordinate delivery updates
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues
• Assist in product uploads and website content updates
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ensure smooth daily operation of online store systems (e.g., Shopify or similar)

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service preferred
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is an advantage)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, online systems)
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
