About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our B2C and B2B online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle marketplace operations, dropshipping coordination, and performance optimization across platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, B2B portals, and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
• Handle B2B e-commerce portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Udaan, Amazon Business, etc.) including lead management and order coordination
• Manage dropshipping operations, including vendor coordination, order processing, and dispatch tracking
• Ensure accurate product catalogs (titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, images)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts or delays
• Optimize listings using SEO-friendly content, keywords, and enhanced images
• Track sales performance, advertising data, and prepare MIS reports
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Manage customer queries, returns, and escalations across platforms
• Support promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace ads to improve sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)
• Experience with B2B portals and dropshipping business models
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization techniques
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms
