We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Assistant Manager to support our growing digital operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in Shopify, paid advertising, email marketing, and social commerce. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about e-commerce.

Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, including product listings, collections, tags, descriptions and inventory management.

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements to improve user experience

Configure and manage Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools

Monitor site performance, page speed, and SEO optimization

Manage TikTok Shop product catalog, orders, and fulfillment coordination

Create and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness

Analyze TikTok Shop performance metrics and identify growth opportunities

Stay current on TikTok trends and best practices for social commerce

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Manage ad budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting

Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights

Design, build, and deploy email campaigns and newsletters using Klaviyo
-
Create and manage automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)

Segment audiences and personalize messaging to increase engagement and conversions

Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue attribution) and optimize accordingly

Assist with vendor onboarding and product uploads

Support inventory management and coordinate with operations team

Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager on strategic initiatives and special projects

Advanced Shopify expertise - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify e-commerce, including theme customization, app integrations, and backend operations

TikTok Shop experience - Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts and running TikTok advertising campaigns

Google Ads proficiency - Experience creating and managing Google Shopping, Search, and Display campaigns

Facebook/Meta Ads proficiency - Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and pixel implementation

Klaviyo expertise - Demonstrated experience building email campaigns, automated flows, and audience segmentation

Newsletter creation - Strong copywriting and design skills for creating engaging email content

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Experience in retail or e-commerce for consumer products

Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking

Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs

Passion for supporting Black-owned businesses and diverse entrepreneurship

Portfolio or examples of previous e-commerce and email marketing work

Design experience (graphics, etc)

Hours: Up to 30 hours per week

Schedule: 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Monday- Friday
