E-commerce Assistant (PO & Packing Support)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant with basic computer/“telly” knowledge to support purchase order (PO) creation and daily packing operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, quick to learn, and able to handle both system work and physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) using basic computer systems
  • Assist in order processing and data entry
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
  • Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability
  • Maintain records of orders, inventory, and shipments
  • Perform basic system updates and reporting
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of packing area

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, simple systems)
  • Ability to understand and create Purchase Orders (training can be provided)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit for packing and handling products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English communication skills

Preferred (Optional):

  • Previous experience in eCommerce, warehouse, or logistics
  • Familiarity with online order systems (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
