E-Commerce Assistant – Visual Merchandising

Junior Couture is a leading luxury childrenswear destination, curating the world’s most prestigious designer brands for babies, children and teens. With a growing global e-commerce platform and retail presence across the GCC, we are seeking a detail-driven and creatively minded E-Commerce Assistant (Visual Merchandising) to support our digital trading team.

This role sits at the intersection of fashion, data and digital experience.

The Role

You will support the online presentation and visual merchandising of our luxury brands, ensuring the website reflects a premium, curated and commercially optimised shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Merchandising category and brand pages to optimise sell-through
• Supporting homepage updates, seasonal edits and campaign launches
• Ensuring product placement aligns with trading strategy and stock levels
• Monitoring sell-through, stock depth and performance to inform positioning
• Supporting product uploads, copy checks and visual consistency
• Coordinating launch schedules for new arrivals and brand drops
• Maintaining a high-end, curated aesthetic across all digital touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising or online trading (fashion preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of online KPIs
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident using Excel and digital platforms
• A keen eye for styling, layout and luxury brand positioning
• Proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience within premium or luxury fashion is highly desirable.
