E-Commerce Associate

The Ecommerce Associate is primarily responsible for listing products and maintaining those listings across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who takes direction well, efficiently follows through on assigned tasks, and isn’t afraid to ask questions.

Duties include:

• Create and manage product listings on multiple sales channels.

• Assist with product merchandising.

• Assist in writing product descriptions, promotional and social media copy, and other content as needed.
• Assist with planning and creating social media content.
• Light order fulfillment and customer service.

• Occasional photo editing/retouching.

• Other related tasks as assigned.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong written communication

• Time management

• MS Excel

• Google workspace

Preferred skills and experience:

• Shopify

• Magento

• FashionGo or similar wholesale marketplace

• N41 or similar ERP system

• Adobe Photoshop or similar

• Photography
