We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Associate to manage and grow our online sales channels, primarily Amazon and other similar ecommerce platforms. Candidates with experience in any international ecommerce platforms can also apply. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, digital advertising, and performance optimization, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies. Along with these skills the candidate should be equipped with basic business management and inter personal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon or similar platforms
- Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and advertising ROI
- Handle pricing updates, promotions, deals, and discount strategies
- Coordinate with design and content teams for images, A+ content, and storefronts
- Manage inventory listings, stock availability, and product variations
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends
- Generate regular performance reports and insights
- Proven experience managing Amazon or Shopify stores
Required Skills
- Understanding of SEO for e-commerce listings
- Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products
