E-Commerce Marketing Manager – Luxury Fashion Accessories

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and marketplace management within the luxury fashion accessories sector. This role requires expertise in optimizing product visibility, driving online sales, and executing high-end brand marketing strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Marketplace Management:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on luxury fashion marketplaces, as well as mainstream platforms like Amazon, Myntra etc;
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including product descriptions, imagery, and SEO-driven content.
  • Develop and execute pricing, promotions, and inventory management strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with fulfilment and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and premium customer experience.

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Shopping, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Amazon Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Develop organic growth strategies, including SEO, influencer collaborations, and content marketing tailored for luxury audiences.
  • Manage and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies via email marketing, loyalty programs, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Partner with PR and social media teams to amplify brand presence through influencer marketing and luxury content creation.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyse key e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Generate insights and performance reports to improve digital marketing and e-commerce efficiency.
  • Keep up with emerging trends in luxury e-commerce, fashion tech, and consumer behaviour.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically in luxury fashion, designer accessories, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on experience with luxury marketplaces, Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, and high-end brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for luxury brand aesthetics and consumer psychology.
  • Passion for the luxury fashion industry with a deep understanding of customer expectations in the premium segment.
