POSITION/TITLE: E-commerce Associate Manager, Digital Marketing

JOB SUMMARY
We’re hiring a hands-on E-commerce Associate Manager who blends site merchandising, performance marketing, and analytics to grow CW-X’s direct-to-consumer business. You’ll own day-to-day site operations, optimize the customer journey and translate insights into sales. This role is also responsible for a small wholesale book (5 specialty accounts) with basic selling and account service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E-commerce Operations & Merchandising
§ Manage Shopify catalog: PDP creation, images/video, attributes, variants, pricing, and cross-sell/upsell
§ Own on-site merchandising: collections, search, navigation, badges, seasonal refreshes, A/B tests, and SEO optimization
§ Monitor site health: speed, errors, UX/UI issues, brief dev agency and drive fixes to completion
§ Maintain promo and content calendars, launch drops, events, and sitewide offers
Growth & Digital Marketing
§ Partner with the Digital Marketing Agency to plan and execute campaigns across SEM and paid social (Meta/TikTok)
§ Build and optimize email/SMS journeys (Klaviyo): acquisition, welcome, browse/abandon cart, winback
§ Track and report weekly KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS, revenue, PPM, returns), present insights and actions
Customer Experience
§ Partner with Customer Service on escalations, reviews/UGC, and insights to reduce contacts and returns
§ Optimize the entire purchase flow from landing to post purchase by simplifying navigation, improving FAQs, upgrading size and fit tools, and clarifying returns messaging to remove friction and lift conversion
Inventory, Fulfillment & Platform/Vendor Management
§ Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and logistics on in-stock status, back-in-stock alerts, and new arrivals
§ Manage platform and vendor relationships (Shopify, Klaviyo, Gladly, Yotpo and GA4)
Competitive Research & Brand
§ Track competitor brands pricing, promotions, and creative best practices, recommend tests and positioning updates
§ Brief creative team on asset needs: review and approve copy and placements to ensure brand and performance goals
Social Media Coordination
§ Build monthly content calendars and campaign flows: schedule, format, and publish across Instagram & TikTok
§ Partner with Creative to ideate asset needs, write and refine social copy and captions to fit platform best practices
§ Use social analytics to track performance, inform content direction, and surface brand building opportunities
Photoshoot Production (2 e-commerce studio + 2 editorial shoots per year)
§ Own end-to-end production: brief, budget, timelines, mood boards and shot lists. Partner with production agency to book studio, crew, and talent
§ Lead model casting and selection aligned to brand and product needs, coordinate fittings and on-set approvals to hit e-comm and editorial deliverables
§ Drive post-production: review image selects, provide retouching notes, ensure file naming/metadata, asset delivery, and usage rights are organized for cross-team use
Wholesale Support (limited scope - 5 specialty accounts)
§ Manage a small book of 5 specialty accounts: share line sheets, present assortments, and capture buys; process POs and coordinate ship windows
§ Ensure compliance: resolve order/EDI issues with Warehouse/Customer Service
Qualifications
§ 3–5 years in e-commerce/digital marketing (retail or performance apparel preferred)
§ Platform fluency: Shopify and Klaviyo required, Yotpo and GA4 a plus
§ Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and merchandising
§ Advanced Excel and solid PowerPoint, comfortable building dashboards and turning data into action
§ Organized multitasker with high attention to detail, able to work independently, own roadmaps and hit deadlines
§ Strong communicator who collaborates with creative, planning, CS, logistics and agencies
§ Comfortable with light wholesale tasks (linesheet, order entry, basic account service)
§ Bachelor’s degree preferred
§ Passion for sport/fitness and the activewear consumer is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
