E-Commerce Associate (Warehouse)

As an E-Commerce Associate, you will be pivotal in the success of warehouse operations for our organization. Some of the daily opportunities to learn and perform include receiving and processing incoming stocks, fulfilling orders – packing and shipping – orders within defined SLAs, and processing returns proactively.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Retrieve items from inventory based on order slips or digital systems.
• Packing: Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling: Print and apply shipping labels, ensuring correct destination and carrier instructions.
• Shipping Prep: Organize packed orders for pickup or delivery, coordinating with logistics teams.
• Quality Control: Double-check orders for accuracy and inspect items for defects or damage.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep packing stations clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of inventory material.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory to optimum levels as per business needs.
• Ensure accurate recording of supplier bills and items received.
• Communicating and coordinating effectively with other departments and customers.
• Organizing the warehouse space effectively at all the time.
• Inspecting all stock for quantity, quality, and recording the same, including returns and damages if any in the company systems.
• Document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status daily and weekly reporting calls.

Requirements and Qualification:

• Previous experience as a warehouse associate or a similar position (will be preferred).
• Persons with a two wheeler (will be preferred, market visits).
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream (will be preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of working with online tools and systems.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Freshers/interns can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
