Role Overview
ELFESYA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote E-Commerce Business Assistant to support and manage daily operations across multiple online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in product listings, marketplace management, digital marketing, supplier coordination, customer service, and logistics. You will play a key role in helping scale our eCommerce operations while maintaining brand quality and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Marketplace Management
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon (FBA), Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Target, and other marketplaces
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, SEO keywords, and category placement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking across platforms
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with product catalog creation and organization
- Edit and optimize product photos and videos for listings, ads, and social media
- Support marketing initiatives including promotions, campaigns, and sales optimization
- Analyze sales performance and provide basic reports and insights
Supplier & Operations Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product sourcing, pricing, timelines, and quality
- Assist with order processing, fulfillment, and supplier follow-ups
- Support logistics planning, including shipping, delivery tracking, and returns
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Handle customer inquiries, messages, and order-related issues professionally and promptly
- Resolve complaints and coordinate replacements or refunds when necessary
- Support sales growth through customer engagement and retention strategies
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners and shipping providers
- Monitor delivery performance and troubleshoot shipping issues
- Support Amazon FBA preparation, shipment creation, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations and online marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Target, or similar platforms
- Basic to intermediate skills in photo and video editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Understanding of product listing optimization and eCommerce best practices
- Experience handling suppliers, customers, and logistics workflows
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle products
- Familiarity with ethical, halal, or eco-conscious product standards
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, ads, or SEO for eCommerce
- Experience working with international suppliers and global shipping
