E-Commerce Business Consultant

About the role

Moksha Media is a creative production and digital marketing agency that blends storytelling, design, and strategy to help brands scale digitally.

As an entry-level E-Commerce Business Consultant, you will engage with retail, D2C, and FMCG clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored digital commerce solutions using Shopify Plus, Magento, WooCommerce, and modern headless commerce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging conversations with retail, D2C, and FMCG brands, understanding their digital transformation needs.
• Prepare and present demo solutions highlighting modules such as AI-driven store setup, smart pricing, AR/VR, CRM sync, etc.
• Coordinate between technical and design teams to scope and develop project proposals.
• Develop ROI-driven proposals and strategies to foster client relationships.
• Conduct market research and analyze client requirements to recommend effective e-commerce solutions.
• Assist in negotiating with clients and stakeholders to secure project agreements.
• Stay updated on AI/ML, personalization, and new technologies impacting digital commerce.
• Support onboarding and post-sales support for clients, ensuring successful solution implementation.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Fundamental understanding of platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, personalization, AR/VR, and CRM integrations is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical and strategic proposals.
• B.Tech, B.Com, or related degree with relevant knowledge of e-commerce ecosystem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
