Job Description

We are looking for a Chat Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and sales through live chat. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with strong written English and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via live chat professionally
• Assist customers with product/service information
• Convert chats into successful sales
• Maintain chat quality, accuracy, and response time
• Follow company chat and sales guidelines

Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• O-Level / A-Level / English language certificate preferred
• Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
• Basic computer and typing skills
