E-Commerce Content Specialist II

We are looking for a dynamic eCommerce Content Specialist to join our eCommerce team. If you’re sharp, tech-savvy, creative and forward-thinking – and if complacency isn’t in your vocabulary – drop us a line, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, who has exceptional analytical skills, who gets things done, and has a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, update and publish content on our eCommerce websites to optimize the customer experience and site usability.
• Perform periodic quality and performance audits in partnership with Product Marketing Team to ensure that all information is current, accurate, and relevant.
• Analyze on-site metrics, including search engine rankings, traffic volume, sources, and landing pages, and identify opportunities to improve traffic and conversion rates.
• Optimize content for SEO and lead the GEO transition to drive traffic and conversions.
• Run monthly website scans, share reporting and optimize content to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Help improve overall site design and shopping experience to the latest web design standards.
• Add new products and manage the Quality Assurance process with the product development and marketing teams to provide accurate and relevant product information, as well as to deliver a premium on-site shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an eCommerce Content Specialist or Web Designer.
• Experience with web design, including styling and editing theme styles and files.
• An understanding and interest in the game of billiards.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Experience managing products on eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with Shopify is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in web design, eCommerce and/or related fields.
