OBJECTIVE:
The Ecommerce Coordinator supports the ecommerce team with a dual focus: hands-on coordination of daily marketplace operations (Amazon, DTC, other channels) and analytical reporting to drive profitable growth. This role balances execution (content updates, ad campaign management, merchandising support) with analysis (conversion tracking, profitability modeling, KPI reporting) to ensure our ecommerce channels are both well-run and optimized for performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination Responsibilities (~50%)
- Execute day-to-day marketplace tasks including product listing updates, content accuracy checks, and promotional setup across Amazon, DTC, and partner platforms.
- Assist with execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including updating budgets, monitoring bids, and refreshing creative assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing and ops) to ensure smooth launches, promotional alignment, and accurate reporting inputs.
- Support customer experience improvements by tracking reviews, monitoring site merchandising, and flagging opportunities to increase conversion.
Analysis Responsibilities (~50%)
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports across ecommerce channels, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain cost-to-serve and profitability models to evaluate the impact of pricing, promotions, and operational costs.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that inform channel strategy, pricing, promotion, and advertising.
- Develop and present reporting decks in Canva for client-facing and internal reviews.
- Track and report on brand KPIs, providing insights into acquisition, customer behavior, and conversion across channels.
- Stay current on category trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics to provide context for reporting and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business; Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in ecommerce operations or digital marketing coordination (listings management, content updates, campaign execution) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience a plus as is Canva for executive reporting
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (campaign optimization, reporting) preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and other ecommerce reporting platforms
- Exposure to digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media) a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
