We are looking for a E-commerce Coordinator to manage and maintain product information on our e-commerce platforms. The role involves updating product details, ensuring accurate listings, and supporting smooth online operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update product details on e-commerce platforms.
- Verify and ensure accuracy of all product information.
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
- Assist in uploading promotions and offers online.
- Identify and report data errors or discrepancies.
- Generate basic reports related to products and stock.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in data entry or e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Odoo System is a plus.
