E-commerce Coordinator manager

Overview:

As an e-Commerce Specialist, you will implement strategies for the business online sales and operations. You will organize, execute company’s online marketing initiatives, product listing optimization, website management, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

· Write and edit product content that will be published on company’s website, e-Commerce platforms/websites/portals.

· Coordinate with team and list Products across Platforms (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair) as they become available in product inventory list.

· Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

· Update new and existing content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

· Lead company’s Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics.

· Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies. Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.

· Monitor changes in product sales using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years experience in any e-Commerce business.

· Hands-on experience in managing, listing, and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.

· Knowledge of Product listing on various platforms/ e-Commerce space, marketing strategies.

· Consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.

· Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, analytical and multitasking skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
