E-Commerce CSR & Sales Executive (Female)

Job description:

Souk Galleria, a growing luxury fragrance brand, is looking for a well-spoken and professional female CSR who can confidently communicate with customers in Urdu and English, manage orders, and contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Confirm Shopify orders via call and Whats App in a professional manner

- Communicate clearly with customers in Urdu & English

- Upsell products and promote bundle offers

- Generate courier consignment notes and manage shipment bookings

- Coordinate with packing/dispatch team

- Track deliveries and follow up with courier companies

- Handle returned parcels (RTO) and re-delivery coordination

- Take customer feedback and maintain high service standards

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)

- O Levels / A Levels (preferred)

Experience:

- 1–2 years experience in E-commerce / Customer Service / Call Center

- Experience with Shopify & courier portals is a plus.

Skills Required:

- Fluent and well-spoken in Urdu & English (mandatory)

- Confident on calls and WhatsApp communication

- Sales-oriented mindset (ability to upsell)

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills

- Professional attitude and customer-first approach

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: PKR 45,000 – 65,000/month
