SRM Chips is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented To manage end-to-end digital sales, customer communication, and order fulfillment across social media, e-commerce platforms, tele-calling, B2C consumers, and B2B buyers, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational control.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Sales & Lead Handling

  • Handle inbound enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website chat
  • Convert social media messages into confirmed orders
  • Coordinate with content/marketing team on offers, campaigns, and product visibility
  • Track daily leads vs conversions

2. E-commerce Operations

  • Manage orders from: Own website
  • Marketplaces (if applicable)
  • Ensure: Accurate order processing
  • Invoice generation
  • Dispatch coordination
  • Handle order issues: delays, cancellations, returns, replacements

3. Tele-Calling & Customer Follow-ups

  • Outbound calls
  • Order confirmation
  • Payment follow-ups
  • Repeat sales / re-orders
  • Inbound call handling for customer queries and complaints
  • Maintain daily call logs and conversion status

4. B2C (Retail Consumer) Management

  • Handle individual consumer orders
  • Resolve complaints professionally
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat purchases
  • Maintain customer database for remarketing

5. B2B (Wholesale / Bulk Orders) Management

  • Distributor
  • Retailer
  • Corporate / bulk enquiries
  • Price negotiation (as per approved rate card)
  • Coordinate bulk dispatch schedules
  • Maintain B2B client list and monthly order volume tracking

6. Order & Coordination Control

  • Coordinate with:
  • Production / Manufacturing
  • Packing team
  • Dispatch / Logistics
  • Ensure zero order mismatch
  • Monitor stock availability vs orders

7. Reporting & Control

  • Submit daily reports:
  • Leads received
  • Orders confirmed
  • Revenue (B2C & B2B separately)
  • Submit weekly summary:
  • Sales performance
  • Customer issues
  • Improvement suggestions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any degree (Commerce / Marketing preferred)
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years in E-commerce / Customer Operations / Sales Support
  • Strong communication skills (Tamil, English basic)
  • Experience handling: WhatsApp Business
  • Instagram / Facebook messages
  • Online orders
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  • Customer-first mindset with strong follow-up discipline

Working Time

  • As per company operations (example: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Sunday: Weekly off (or as per company policy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
