Job Summary

Responsibilities

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face.

· Assist clients with product information, order placement, tracking, and troubleshooting issues

· Process data entry accurately into our systems while maintaining attention to detail

· Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on orders or gather customer feedback

· Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience

· Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently and courteously

· Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for better client support

Experience

Previous call center or customer support experience is preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks

Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly

Experience with sales or upselling techniques is a plus

Experience working with salons, stylists, or in the hair/beauty industry is a strong plus
