Job Overview

Eagle Promotions is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate to support corporate clients with custom orders, order workflow coordination, and customer communication in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with sales, production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Experience in promotional products or custom apparel is highly preferred, but we are also open to candidates with similar experience in order processing, fulfillment, logistics, or product-based customer service environments.

What You’ll Do

Client & Order Support:
- Support corporate clients with order questions, timelines, and updates
- Manage orders from placement through delivery
- Ensure accuracy and timely communication throughout the order lifecycle

E-Commerce & Systems Coordination:
- Monitor and manage order flow in systems such as Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms
- Manage customer inquiries and internal requests through ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
- Update order details, tracking, and internal workflows

Data & Reporting Support:
- Pull and organize order and customer data
- Support reporting using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
- Assist with tracking order performance and timelines

Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams
- Coordinate timelines and resolve order issues to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For

- Experience supporting custom or complex orders (B2B preferred)
- Worked in a product-based business (e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, print, apparel, etc.)
- Coordinated orders across multiple teams (sales, warehouse, shipping, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or account support
- Experience in promotional products, custom apparel, or a similar industry preferred
- Experience managing order lifecycle, fulfillment, or logistics workflows
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
- Experience with e-commerce or order management systems (Shopify, ShipStation, ERP, etc.) is a plus

Important Note

This is not a traditional retail or call center role. This position is focused on order workflow, production coordination, and supporting custom products for corporate clients.
