E-commerce Customer Service cum Cashier

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service cum Cashier to join our team. This role requires a combination of handling daily transactions and customer support responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in cashiering and customer service, with a preference for those familiar with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
  • Assist in managing e-commerce-related payments and order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reports.
  • Resolve customer issues, refunds, and payment discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and cashiering.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in financial software or POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
