About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive whose primary responsibility will be making order confirmation calls and managing customer details through CRM and Shopify. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in e-commerce support or telesales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily order confirmation calls for COD and prepaid orders.
  • Verify customer details, address, and product quantities.
  • Update call status and customer information inside Shopify and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the operations/fulfilment team for dispatch readiness.
  • Identify fake/invalid orders and mark them accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate logs of confirmed, pending, and cancelled orders.
  • Provide polite, patient, and professional communication during every call.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer support or telesales (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu (English basic understanding preferred).
  • Must be comfortable with Shopify dashboard and CRM systems.
  • Must have clear understanding of addresses across Pakistan
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and disciplined in daily reporting.
  • Reliable, responsible, and consistent performance record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
