Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Process and manage orders, coordinating with the operations team.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented customer service.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, email)
