Position: E-commerce & Customer Support Specialist (RV Parts)

Location: [Upland, CA / On-site or Hybrid]

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsive team member to manage RV parts listings, prepare parts orders, and handle customer inquiries. This role combines e-commerce operations with hands-on customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat (pre-sale and after-sale)

- Help customers identify correct RV parts and troubleshoot basic issues

- Create and update product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, images, specs)

- Ensure listing accuracy (fitment, compatibility, pricing)

- Coordinate with warehouse for parts preparation and order fulfillment

- Track and follow up on customer issues (missing parts, incorrect shipments, etc.)

- Maintain organized product and customer records

Requirements:

- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or customer service

- Strong attention to detail (critical for parts compatibility)

- Clear and professional communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure

- Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms preferred

- Interest or experience in RVs, trailers, or automotive parts is a strong plus

Compensation:

- Offer: $22–25/hr $200–$500/month performance bonus

- Performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
