E-commerce Delivery Coordinator & Order Confirmation Officer

we are hiring a dedicated and organized E-commerce Delivery Coordinator & Order Confirmation Officer to manage customer order confirmations, courier coordination, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in customer handling, and experience in e-commerce or courier-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm customer orders through phone calls and WhatsApp messages
• Manage customer bookings and update order details accurately
• Coordinate with courier companies and delivery riders for timely dispatch
• Track pending, delayed, and returned parcels
• Resolve customer and delivery-related issues professionally
• Maintain smooth communication with customers and courier partners
• Ensure maximum successful order deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper records of orders, dispatches, and delivery updates

Requirements

• Male / Female candidates can apply
• Experience in e-commerce operations, dispatch handling, or courier coordination preferred
• Strong communication and customer dealing skills
• Confident in call handling and follow-up communication
• Active, responsible, and well-organized personality
• Basic computer and mobile app handling skills preferred
