E-Commerce Design & Support Specialist

We need someone to join our online sales team. We design, sell and manufacture interior design products for the home through our website www.makertable.com and several other online platforms like Etsy and Amazon.

The main responsibilities include.

-Answering customer questions via email

-Adding orders into our ERP software

-Designing personalized signs for customers using graphic design software Inkscape & Adobe

- Creating product listings on all online sales platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon and eBay)

- New product photography and editing for sales channels

- Tracking items through the fabrication process and updating customers on current status.

Long term 40 hours per week M-F with overtime in spring and winter during the busy seasons.
