Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Content Designer Specialist to join our team. This role is central to managing our Shopify online store, maintaining accurate product information, creating high-quality digital content, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, excellent organization, and experience working with e-commerce platforms—especially Shopify. You will coordinate closely with our warehouse team to support daily online operations and strengthen our brand’s digital presence.
Responsibilities E-Commerce Store & Content Management
- Upload new products, images, collections, and descriptions to Shopify.
- Maintain accurate product variations, pricing, tags, and SEO-friendly titles/descriptions.
- Update homepage banners, promotional graphics, landing pages, and seasonal content.
- Manage digital assets and ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards.
- Create and edit product photos, lifestyle images, and marketing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Assist in planning and executing content updates that enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
Online Order Processing & Customer Support
- Process daily online orders and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Resolve order issues, inventory discrepancies, or customer concerns promptly.
- Respond to customer emails regarding orders, returns, exchanges, and product questions.
- Monitor Shopify analytics and help optimize store performance based on data insights.
Inventory Coordination
- Track stock levels across all SKUs and update inventory in Shopify as needed.
- Work with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory counts and restock information.
- Support product launches, restocks, and seasonal inventory rollouts with precise data management.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with writing product descriptions, marketing copy, and email promotions.
- Help prepare content for newsletters, social media visuals, and product feature campaigns.
- Contribute to brand visibility by maintaining clean, accurate, and engaging online content.
Experience & Skills
- Experience working with Shopify (required): product uploads, inventory, collections, basic template adjustments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for photo editing and simple graphics creation.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling order support and customer communication.
- Ability to collaborate with warehouse and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO, HTML/CSS, or e-commerce best practices is a plus.
- Experience in apparel or retail e-commerce preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
