E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Associate (Intern / Profit-Share Partner)

Job Description:

Are you a fresh graduate or a current university student looking to build a real-world e-commerce brand from the scratch? Do you want more than just a regular corporate internship where you only do paperwork? If yes, this is your chance to step into a co-founder style ecosystem.

We are launching a new e-commerce venture based out of our established, professional office in Clifton. We are looking for an energetic, resourceful, and creative individual to join us on day one. You will work directly with the founder to brainstorm product ideas, design the online presence, and launch digital marketing campaigns.

Whether you want a steady stipend with performance bonuses, or you want to come in as a sweat-equity partner to share in the long-term profits, we have a seat at the table for the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founder to research and launch promising product niches.
• Assist in setting up and managing our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
• Create basic graphic designs, ad creatives, and engaging captions for products.
• Help manage basic website updates or product listings.
• Track initial customer inquiries and assist with early-stage order fulfillment.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Commute: Must be entirely comfortable and reliable with daily travel to our office in Clifton, Karachi.
• Education: Fresh A Levels or Bachelor graduates or current students in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or related fields.
• Certification (Highly Preferred): Completed certifications in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Management (e.g., DigiSkills, Extreme Commerce, Enablers, Google, or similar institutes) will be a massive advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic hands-on familiarity with tools like Canva, social media business managers, or basic WordPress/Shopify is a plus.
• Soft Skills: A self-starter attitude, adaptability, strong written communication skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn how a business operates from the ground up.
