About Us:
Speczo Optic is a fast-growing optical retail store offering premium eyewear, sunglasses, and prescription glasses. To strengthen our digital presence and expand online sales, we are hiring an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage online marketplaces (Amazon & Noon) and run digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce (Amazon & Noon):
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing).
- Handle inventory, promotions, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews/questions.
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and ensure growth in online marketplaces.
- Stay updated on Amazon/Noon policies, trends, and best practices.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media).
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok content and ads.
- Optimize SEO & SEM for better visibility.
- Coordinate festive promotions and new product launches.
- Track ROI and share monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Amazon & Noon seller account management (mandatory).
- Experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, paid ads).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and ROI.
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
