Role Overview

This hybrid role blends e-commerce operations, AI-powered content creation, and digital marketing. You’ll manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces, while driving growth through email campaigns, B2B outreach, and Meta Ads. You must be fluent in using AI tools and writing effective prompts to generate high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

  • Upload and manage products across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms
  • Write compelling product titles and descriptions using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Generate product visuals and short videos using Canva and AI-based tools
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Optimize listings for SEO and marketplace algorithms
  • Coordinate promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns
  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and email

Digital Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, promotions)
  • Write and send cold emails to potential B2B clients and interior designers
  • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects into customers
  • Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads setup, targeting, and performance tracking
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing e-commerce listings across multiple platforms
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, formulas)
  • Experience with AI tools for text, image, and video generation
  • Ability to write clear, creative prompts for AI tools to generate high-quality content
  • Familiarity with bulk uploads via CSV and product tagging
  • Good understanding of SEO and marketplace optimization
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Bonus Skills

  • Canva or basic photo/video editing
  • Experience in home décor or textile industry
  • Knowledge of Shopify apps (inventory, reviews, marketing)
  • Experience running or assisting with Meta Ads
  • CRM or lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
