E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist (Amazon, Shopify, Social Media)

Black Clouds Inc. is a fast-growing company based in Orange, California. We specialize in printing equipment, custom transfers, and digital commerce. We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Amazon and Shopify operations, support marketing content, and participate in trade shows.

This role is ideal for someone familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, digital marketing, and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations (Amazon, Shopify, Temu, Etsy)

• Manage daily orders, returns, and messages across Amazon, Shopify, Temu, and Etsy
• Update product listings, images, descriptions, and variations
• Create and optimize Amazon product listings (keywords, bullets, A+ content)
• Monitor performance using Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics
• Assist with SEO optimization, keyword research, PPC insights
• Support product page improvements and sales growth strategies

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Create, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic ad setup
• Produce creative short-form videos (phone content OK)
• Track performance metrics and prepare marketing reports
• Support brand messaging and creative campaigns

Amazon / Sales Support

• Respond to customer messages across all platforms
• Monitor reviews, customer feedback, and listing health
• Assist with lead management, outreach, and customer communication
• Support offline sales activities and follow-ups
• Earn 1.5% commission on qualified offline sales you help close
• Maintain CRM records and sales documentation

Trade Shows & Events

• Participate in 1–2 printing industry trade shows per year
• Assist with booth setup, customer engagement, and product demos
• Collect leads and support sales during events
• Travel covered per company policy

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms
• Familiar with Shopify operations
• Understanding of SEO, PPC basics, digital advertising, email marketing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Photo/video editing, Canva, TikTok content creation

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Amazon PPC experience (campaign setup or optimization)
• Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing
• Google Ads or Meta Ads knowledge
• Mandarin/Chinese bilingual is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time (On-site in Orange, CA)
• Monday–Friday

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
