E-Commerce & Digital Operations Manager (Fluent English / Fluent Korean)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Instagram Shop
• Handle orders, customer service, reviews, and returns
• Upload products and manage digital content and assets
• Monitor ads, promotions, and overall sales performance

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Korean
• Experience in Shopify / Amazon / TikTok operations
• Strong customer service, data analysis, and multitasking skills
• Understanding of digital marketing and brand management
• Organized, creative, and detail-oriented working style
