Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Director to lead our online retail strategy, oversee digital operations, and drive growth across our e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of digital commerce trends and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy and growth roadmap.
• Oversee online sales channels, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage e-commerce operations including product listings, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to optimize digital platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and retention.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into e-commerce operations.
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to deliver excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing online platforms and driving digital sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce systems, digital marketing, and customer analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Pay: Up to KD2,800.000 per month
