Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Managing and processing daily orders received from various e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Amazon, or the company website) to ensure accuracy and readiness for shipping.
  • Logistics Coordination: Serving as the point of contact with courier companies and logistics partners to schedule pickups, negotiate rates, and track the status of shipments.
  • Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution: Monitoring the progress of orders from dispatch to delivery. Proactively resolving any delivery-related issues, delays, or customer complaints.
  • Documentation: Preparing essential shipping documents such as packing slips, invoices, bills of lading, and e-way bills, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Inventory Management Support: Coordinating with the warehouse team to verify stock levels, arrange materials for picking, and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, shipments, and inventory in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or order management systems and generating performance reports.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing and implementing strategies to optimize shipping processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience (typically 1-3 years) in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar e-commerce role is often required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), order/warehouse management systems, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is the minimum, with a diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
