E-Commerce & Dispatch Executive

• Website management: Ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional, which includes managing product listings, content, and promotional offers.
• Order processing: Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, generating necessary documents like invoices and packing lists.
• Logistics coordination: Work with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory and warehouse management: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and oversee warehouse operations like order scheduling and handling returns.
• Process optimization: Identify and implement improvements to the order fulfillment and dispatch process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Reporting and data management: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions. Prepare reports on dispatch performance, such as on-time delivery rates.
• Team supervision: Train and supervise dispatch staff to enhance team performance and ensure efficient operations.
