About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations across Amazon, Noon, and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling e-commerce accounts, optimizing product listings, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of Amazon, Noon, and Shopify business accounts.
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising strategies.
• Handle order processing, fulfillment, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, rankings, and overall online visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon, Noon, and Shopify accounts.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace rules, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid ads for e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
