E-Commerce Executive

Summary: Are you passionate about e-Commerce operations and obsessed with delivering seamless online customer experiences? We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize daily operations across Jumbo.ae, Amazon, Noon and other marketplaces.

What You’ll Do

• Manage timely and accurate product listings across Jumbo.ae, Amazon & Noon
• Maintain high-quality product content, descriptions, and images
• Monitor marketplace dashboards and drive performance optimization
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment using Vinculum OMS
• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for smooth order dispatch
• Update product pricing, availability, and specifications
• Track inventory levels to avoid overselling or stockouts
• Work closely with Customer Service to resolve product/order issues
• Assist in planning & executing promotions, offers & discounts
• Ensure accurate categorization for improved discoverability

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–3 years in eCommerce operations (retail/marketplace preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, IT or related field
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
