Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, performance analysis, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, or others)
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations/logistics team
• Process orders, handle cancellations, returns, and refunds
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve customer queries and issues
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and prepare regular reports
• Run and monitor online promotions, deals, and discount campaigns
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and company standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers with relevant skills can apply)
• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online promotions
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
