Key Responsibilities Marketplace Advertising & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart Ads
- Manage paid campaigns across Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho (where applicable)
- Scale campaigns to achieve revenue, ROAS, and TACoS targets
- Identify high-performing keywords, ASINs, and search terms
Campaign Optimization & Analysis
- Daily monitoring of budgets, bids, placements, and search term reports
- Optimize listings for ad performance and organic ranking
- Improve conversion rates (CTR, CVR) through A/B testing
- Track KPIs like ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CPA, Impression Share
Product Listing & Store Optimization
- Coordinate with content/design teams to improve:
- Product titles, bullet points & descriptions
- A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content
- Storefront creatives & brand pages
- Ensure marketplace compliance & best practices
Sales Events & Promotions
- Plan and execute ads during Big Billion Days, Amazon Prime Day, festive sales
- Manage Deals, Coupons, Lightning Deals & Promotions
- Forecast inventory needs based on campaign performance
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
- Share actionable insights to improve sales velocity & profitability
- Track competitor ads, pricing, and category trends
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Ads
- Strong understanding of ACoS, ROAS, TACoS & keyword ranking
- Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, wellness is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset with performance-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs & high-budget campaigns
Good to Have
- Experience with Nykaa Ads, Myntra Ads, Ajio Ads
- Knowledge of Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk or similar tools
- Understanding of SEO for marketplaces
- Exposure to D2C website performance marketing
